Our
beef is available in halves, quarters, and whole.
Each quarter consists of about 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasts, and 1/3
ground beef or choose to get 1/3 steaks and 2/3 hamburger.
Our prepared cuts of beef include:
Hamburger, New York Strip, Top Round, Flank,
Rib Eye, Sirloin, Cube, Tenderloin,
Arm Roast, Brisket, Chuck Steak, Bottom Round, and Eye of Round.
** Jerky is available!!!
** Grass fed 95% lean ground beef is available in one and two pound
packages.
