beef is available in halves, quarters, and whole for $2.25 per pound. Each quarter will consist of about 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasts, and 1/3
ground beef or you can choose to get 1/3 steaks and 2/3 hamburger.
Our prepared cuts of beef include:
Hamburger, New York Strip, Top Round, Flank,
Rib Eye, Sirloin, Cube,
Tenderloin, Arm Roast,
Rump Roast, Round Tip, and Eye of Round.
